Refund policy

You can return unworn items with their original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at vogueseraphic@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the return details.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

We are happy to exchange for a different size when it is available.

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with photos within 7 days and we will make it right.
